Bishop Caldwell was called into Ministry in May 1977.
He continues o travel extensively throughout the United States Conductin revivals, crusades, and workshops. Through this ministry,
a vast number of God's people support and follow this fellowship. He is a worldwide evangelist, prophet, a divine healer and
a renowned saxophonist. He is also the full time pastor of "Joy Temple" Celebration of Praise Ministries, Inc. of Lenox Georgia
where the fellowship continues to grow. In addition to the previous, he consecrates bishops internationally, advising
them with their organizations and fellowships.
In the year 2001, he received his Bachelors Degree in Religious Arts and Biblical Studies from the Jacksonville
Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his Masters Degree in Theology in May 2002 from Jacksonville
Theological Seminary and in October 2002 he received his Doctorates of Theology from Guadalupe Theological Seminary in San
Antonio, Texas.

Celebration of Praise Ministries, Inc., was founded by Bishop Q.S. Caldwell in January 1992. It now consists
of more than 50 churches. It was organized for the sole purpose of bringing Christians together across the barrier lines
of denominational issues, to put away mundane things, to worship and praise together as one united body in Christ.
This fellowship allows ministers and pastors to have freedom of pastoring, building, evangelizing as the spirit
leads as well as fellowship under the auspices of COP. During the years, the Holy Convocation has been blessed to host
more than 3,000 delegates.
He has received numerous awards and citations of achievements from academic, religious and civic organizations.
He is a graudate of the Dougherty Comprehensive High School in Albany, Georgia, graduated from Columbus, Georgia (Meadows
College of Business) receiving his A.B. Degree in Computer Science and Computer Operations.
He loves people and it can be said that he is a young man that God raised up rapidly to do a quick work among
the people. Some of his favorite saying are: "It's Not Over Yet", "Don't Break Down Before The Break Through".
He was given the vision; he wrote it plain and God is still performing miracles in the lives of people through
